Introduction to Sourdough
The perfect course for those who with no previous experience in sourdough baking or those who would like to build on their knowledge of baking sourdough at home. Adam, Grain & Hearth Owner and Baker, will be spending the day with you in small groups of no more than 8 participants to make sure you get loads of hands on experience of each part of the process.
Hand lamination
For those with some pastry experience, this will be a day to hone your skills, and learn plenty of new ones.
