We specialise in handmade sourdough breads and viennoiserie. We produce everything at our Whitstable location and our pastries and breads come out throughout the day.
You’ll find:
Daily vegetarian, vegan and meat options for sourdough sandwiches
Seasonal ferments and pickles, including Kimchi, are made on site using foraged and locally grown produce
A carefully curated selection of artisan products is available for sale, including wheel thrown ceramic keep cups by Whitstable based potter Nadine Sansom of homefolk ceramics

We use organic and local Kent ingredients where possible
We specialise in and celebrate organic grains, many of which are grown in the UK and milled locally
All bread and pastry is slow fermented for 24-36 hours
