About us

We specialise in handmade sourdough breads and viennoiserie. We produce everything at our Whitstable location and our pastries and breads come out throughout the day.

You’ll find:

  • Daily vegetarian, vegan and meat options for sourdough sandwiches

  • Seasonal ferments and pickles, including Kimchi, are made on site using foraged and locally grown produce

  • A carefully curated selection of artisan products is available for sale, including wheel thrown ceramic keep cups by Whitstable based potter Nadine Sansom of homefolk ceramics

More about our products:

  • We use organic and local Kent ingredients where possible

  • We specialise in and celebrate organic grains, many of which are grown in the UK and milled locally

  • All bread and pastry is slow fermented for 24-36 hours
