Sweet Sourdough
Learn how to work with sweet enriched doughs, which are naturally leavened to make a variety of sweet baked goods including but not limited to cinnamon buns, cardamom knots and babkas.
During the session, you will be working with dough at different stages including a mixing demonstration. We will then move on to using a ready-made dough. Adam will demonstrate various shaping techniques and offer filling suggestions and then attendees will be able to choose the shape or style of product they wish to make during the session, which will then be proofed and baked. Suitable for beginners or those with more experience.
