“Kind of felt like we were in Adam's bakery, surrounded by everything and making something together. There wasn't any pretences or things for show. Was a very real and authentic experience. Felt like being taught by a baker vs going on a bakery course. Very cool, thanks”

Rye day
This workshop has been in the making for many years. Adam was born in the UK to Polish parents who arrived in the Uk as refugees shortly before his birth. He grew up with fermentation and rye breads as part of his daily family food. He will be bringing all of this tacit knowledge as well as what he has developed over the years as a baker to form this day focusing on using rye as a main ingredient. Held at our Whitstable location.

We’d like to make sure that everyone feels welcome and is able to attend if they would like to.
