Made to order in the Grain & Hearth Bakery using:

• Organic flour from Marriages in Essex

• Estate Dairy cultured butter from Oxfordshire

• Local eggs from Woodlands farm.

• The cake is layered with seasonal fruit compote and a meringue buttercream, which is also used for the decoration. 

• Allergens *gluten, egg, dairy. Made in an environment that handles nuts. 

• Lead time 1 week.

• Collection only from either Faversham or Whitstable Grain & Hearth Bakeries, 9:00am - 3:00pm (Not available on Mondays). Please confirm your chosen collection location at the time of booking.
